I’m an interior architect and design-led property developer with over 20 years’ experience, working across London. My approach combines design-led thinking with development strategy, so the projects I support are not only well-considered and functional but also commercially strong.

Since qualifying at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I’ve worked on a wide range of residential projects from large family houses to compact city apartments. Alongside client work, I also develop my own projects, giving me a clear, real-world understanding of budgets, timescales, planning, buildability, buyer expectations and risk, not just how a scheme looks on paper.

My Chilean roots have shaped my instinct for light, flow and comfort, but my decisions are always grounded in practicality and delivery. The focus is on creating homes that feel good to live in and perform well in the market.

I don’t see design as styling. I see design-led development as a strategic tool, one that helps unlock value, reduce risk and directly improve returns.

That’s why my work focuses on supporting better commercial decisions, from early feasibility through layouts, planning and final positioning.
