I help developers create smarter, better-designed and more profitable projects.

I’m a design-led architectural interior designer and property developer with over 20 years’ experience. My work combines design-led thinking with a practical understanding of development, so the spaces I help shape are beautiful, functional and commercially strong.

Since qualifying at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I’ve worked on a wide range of homes across London, from large family houses to compact city apartments, and I’ve also begun developing my own projects. This gives me a clear understanding of both design and delivery, budgets, timescales, constraints, buyers, planning and risk.

My Chilean roots have shaped my sense of light, flow and comfort. I make practical, grounded decisions guided by intuition and experience, creating homes that feel effortless to live in, naturally calm, and commercially sound.

I don’t see design as styling, I see it as an essential part of development. When used well, it unlocks value, reduces risk, and elevates returns.
