As the project develops, I support key decisions around layouts, planning and coordination, helping ensure the scheme remains commercially well resolved. This is where early thinking is tested and refined.

Through to delivery, I stay involved as needed, guiding decisions on site and helping protect value, quality and the overall outcome of the project.
Sessions can take place online or on-site, depending on the stage of your project and what will be most useful.
Early-stage feasibility, layouts and strategic reviews often work well online, while on-site support is typically used once a project is underway and decisions need to be made in context.
